Further benefits for property developers following recent advances in water deregulation

There are yet further benefits to be gained by property developers following recent moves by the water industry regulator Offwat. 

Where developers have appointed Anglian Water to install the mains infrastructure the developer is now entitled to appoint PDI to carry out the on-site service pipe connections; therefore avoiding the usual headaches associated with getting plots connected on time.
