As you're no-doubt aware these have a detrimental impact upon production, leading to unnecessary added pressure, hassle, and additional costs when your programme starts to slide.

The good news is that the problems you almost always experience with dealing with utilities can be avoided. 

The PDI method allows you to completely focus on what you do best i.e. develop property.  You will be free of the burden of managing and co-ordinating utilities, as we provide you with a one-stop-shop solution. 

Our in-house experts will efficiently plan and co-ordinate the design process from start to finish, allowing you to benefit from our wealth of experience in dealing with these matters.
